What plans do you offer?
Start free. STA Pro (₩9,900/mo ≈ $7.99) unlocks every tab. Team (₩14,900/seat, 3-seat minimum) adds shared rooms · roles · audit log. Stats Pro is a separate web SaaS (₩12,900/mo). See /pricing for the full comparison.
What payment methods are supported?
Korean customers: TossPayments (cards, bank transfer, mobile pay). International: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Mobile in-app: Apple App Store / Google Play.
What is your refund policy?
Per Korean e-commerce law, refund is available within 7 days of payment if usage is minimal. iOS/Android in-app purchases follow each store policy. Service outages caused by us are refunded prorated.
Can I get a business receipt or tax invoice?
Yes. Enter your business info at checkout and you receive both the TossPayments receipt and a monthly electronic tax invoice (linked to Korea NTS). Email support@sta-suite.com for back-issued invoices.
Is there a free trial?
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it auto-renews as a paid subscription.
Using STA
How do I start with the calendar tab?
Type natural language like "meeting tomorrow at 3pm" — the calendar tab creates the event. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and iCloud, so keep using your existing calendar.
Where can I use the memo tab?
iOS, Android, macOS, Windows — the same app on every platform. Infinite canvas plus chat-style notes are the core — throw thoughts in fast, organize later.
Does the mail tab connect to Gmail or Outlook?
Yes — Gmail OAuth, Outlook OAuth, iCloud (app password), and generic IMAP/SMTP. Most corporate mail servers connect via IMAP settings.
Can I build Stats surveys on mobile?
Stats is a web SaaS at stats.sta-suite.com — best on PC/tablet, but it works in mobile browsers too. Add it to your home screen on iOS or install the Play Store TWA on Android.
STA + Stats together
Do STA and Stats share one account?
Yes — one account signs you into STA (calendar, mail, memo, tasks in one app) and Stats (web surveys). STA Pro and Stats Pro are billed separately because Stats is a standalone web SaaS.
How do the tabs and Stats connect?
Inside STA: mail → event with one tap, memo → task, event → meeting notes. Stats survey deadlines automatically appear on the STA calendar tab, and Stats responses can archive themselves as memos.
What is Suite Friends?
Lightweight sharing without a Team plan — find free time with friends, share one memo room free, etc.
Account & security
How do I sign up?
Sign up with email + password, or with Google / Apple sign-in. Users under 14 need verified consent from a legal guardian.
Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Yes — Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication, using any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.).
How do I delete my account and data?
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. On web: /account/delete. Deletion is irreversible and backups are purged within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes — memos as Markdown/JSON, events as iCal, mail as EML, Stats survey responses as CSV/Excel.
Desktop & devices
What platforms do you support?
iOS 15+, Android 10+, macOS 13+, Windows 10+, and any modern browser on the web. Stats is web-first and runs in mobile browsers too.
Is there a desktop version?
Yes — STA ships for macOS and Windows alongside iOS and Android, all from one codebase. Same app, same account.
Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch support?
STA supports Apple Watch Live Activity and Samsung Galaxy Watch widgets — your next event counts down right on your wrist.
Troubleshooting
Notifications are not arriving.
iOS: Settings → Notifications → STA app — allow notifications and lock-screen display. Android: Settings → Apps → STA → Notifications, and disable battery optimization for STA.
My data is not syncing.
1) Check network connection. 2) Force-quit and reopen the app. 3) Sign out and back in from Settings → Account. Still stuck? Open a ticket with your app + OS version.
Payment keeps failing.
Check your card limits and any "foreign transaction" blocks. Both Toss and Stripe trigger OTP authentication, so watch your SMS / app alerts. Send us your receipt via the support bubble and we will look immediately.
I found a bug.
Use the chat bubble in the corner or visit /support and pick the "Bug report" category. Include repro steps, screenshots, and OS version for the fastest fix.
